Refund and Returns Policy

If, for some reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 555-555-5555 or email us at info@clay4beginners.com, and we will do everything to resolve the issue.

If you want to return your items, you can do so with unused items up to 10 days from the delivery date. We are sorry, but we can’t cover the return shipping charges for any items. Return shipment is paid for by the customer. If you choose to return your purchase, please pack them the way they arrived, using the original packaging.

Please Note: Any items on sale are final sales. Return shipments need to be insured by the sender, as we cannot issue a refund on items if they come back to us damaged.

We do not accept returns/refunds on used items. Because of hygiene & food allergy reasons, we can’t reuse or re-sell them. Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase for merchandise in original, unused condition.
For any refunds or order cancellations, we will need to deduct a processing fee (2.5% of the order) from the refunded/canceled amount.

Damaged Items

If any items are broken or damaged in shipment, we will replace them. If an item reaches you damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and box and contact us immediately. We will exchange it with a similar replacement item of equal value.

How do I make a return?

  • Please call 555-555-5555 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Write the TA on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • Packages will only be accepted with an RA.
  • Returned item(s) must be unused and in a resalable condition.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days from the day received.
  • Item(s) must be returned in a protective shipping carton.
